Darryl Hogue, Superintendent of River Bend Unit District #2.  River Bend is a rural school district in NW Illinois serving the communities of Albany, Fulton and Garden Plain.  After attending the 2016 60 by 25 Leadership Community meeting in Springfield, he left excited to create a leadership community that would serve several schools and communities in NW Illinois.  Darryl brought together public education, higher education, employers, government officials, chambers and economic development leaders to determine how the organizations could do more for the communities in NW Illinois.  After a few short months, Making Opportunities Real for Everyone in the Rock River & Mississippi River Regions (MORE) and Inspire MORE plan were underway and the collective impact work began.
